Yes this is impeachable. Especially this.
I have a bridge to sell you - seriously though that sounds like an AI generated answer?
This seems like an official enough reference to link you to
I appreciate when Bsky delivers a legit answer
Here is the Bronx DA
I'm sorry - "Bronx District Attorney Darcel Clark is investigating the shooting." for the ICE shooting that happen in Marble Hill, Manhattan? I get the geography and boundary lines are complicated here, but it's been widely reported that this was actually Manhattan and not the Bronx right?
Automated enforcement is actually terrible at raising revenues because itās effective at reducing violations!
Correct. They only issue summonses in 12% of covered license plate reports, and definitely donāt take the initiative.
Not sure what your logic here is - automatic enforcement is great at being impartial and more comprehensive. Good things if compliance matters. There is no automated enforcement of illegal tint or curbside regulations in NYC today so how is that relevant here?
Gotta change it up and this time tell everyone to go buy a Dutch bike where they can sit upright. š
Ahh yes. Itās closed in the trunk but Iām supposed to remove it? Itās a citywide issue. This isnāt an isolated thing.
Ahh yes the mysterious Manhattan Tow Pound (which no longer exists)
Those of lesser means can simply avoid illegal tint and parking in front of hydrants. This isnāt a means issue.
I see 20-25 cars like this every single day. There are whole blocks uptown that are double-parked by cars with obscured plates. Enforcement would take 3 minutes and pay for itself 10 times over.
It would help some, but unfortunately many states do not require front plates.
He knew exactly what he was doing.
The answer is āif you have any kind of driving violation since your last DL renewal, you gotta take the driverās test againā
And yet canāt even be given a ticket when parked - illegal tints are only enforced as a moving violation in NY.
State law currently caps fines. Need state assembly and senate to wake up and fix this issue.
When will NYPD start addressing covered license plates @mayor.nyc.gov
This vehicle had a covered plate to block a bus stop. Funny how an out of state driver knows so much 311-29283739
Vehicle was ticketed for illegal windshield and side window tint 5 months ago, but it is still tinted. 6 tickets for blocking a fire hydrant this year, but here they are doing it again. Fines need to materially change behavior.
