@marcroberts.meAre you able to offer any of your existing staff the opportunity to be trained in management disciplines that you think are a good fit, grow the culture you have? Of course it still does mean recruiting, but it’s perhaps better to recruit juniors than to slot new and unknown managers in above them?

@marcroberts.meI agree. From an outside perspective I’m seeing two different approaches to European social media, using the same technology, and some potentially valid debates. But the Eurosky ”side” are being very attacky about it, it’s not a good look, and it’s *certainly* not constructive from what I‘ve seen.

8) Stop the ridiculous bickering among European platforms. It doesn’t help. And if you think it’s helping your favourite Social app get ahead of its competitors you’re a fool. You’re only helping #US tech stay leagues ahead in Europe.
