But what is this odd fluffy golden thing anyway?

My project, ‘London’s Green Archive: Writing Plants, 1562-1612’, will explore how Londoners wrote about their everyday experiences of living & working with plants 🌳 (1/3)

Grateful for the chance to revisit Joseph Banks’ copy (actually copies) of Thomas Tusser’s husbandry manual in verse, among other plant marginalia.
