All 3D animations work from the get go. What's though is getting the facial animations working with the basic Blendshapes a VRM provide. Physics will also work due to a VRM files shipping with Spring Bones.

Definitely disable Discord DMs entirely, so only friends can DM you. This honestly probably saved my life. You can then enable DMs from non-friends in specific servers, and if someone really wants to DM you, just add them as a friend.
