I want to emphasize this isn’t political. We do our jobs no matter who is in power. We don’t care. We like consistency, and direction, and there is none

I’ve been quiet *

It’s Congress. The CAA could have been amended since the 2008 ghg decision to add those contaminants and they didn’t. That’s almost 20 years to codify that finding. They didn’t. I see the failure of EPA now as they delegated too much to an agency they hoped would do their jobs

So one been quiet on ghg decision by the Supreme Court. Yes, is to protect human health and the environment. But listen to Zeldin when he is questioned. He is using the EPA to comply with the letter of the law. Totality legal. So who is the problem?

Even better, small communities facing significant water infrastructure challenges and hardship obtaining financing could qualify for a loan up to 80% if criteria are met. A benefit is this funding can help limit rate increases that can occur with infrastructure projects

So what is WIFIA? In a nutshell, WIFIA provides “supplemental, flexible, low-cost credit assistance” in the form of loans for water infrastructure projects - wastewater, drinking water, and stormwater projects

Tennessee is getting some help in the form of a WIFIA loan which will “help Columbia implement expansions to its drinking water system, increasing capacity and system reliability to deliver safe drinking water throughout the city and nearby rural communities”

Potentially…NIH Reporter is useful to look this up. Definitely at least one abstract with potential. An R42 from NCI.
