My little PNGtuber got a new look while I play Control Resonant on stream! Nothing super special, but I wanted to give her a cute little office outfit. 🎨

"・Alternatively, create a temporary account using a different email address, enter the game once, then log out and sign back in to your original account. If the issue persists, please contact us through the in-game Customer Support service.

"If you encounter this issue, please try one of the following temporary workarounds: ・On the affected device, switch to a server where you have no existing game data, then switch back to your original server and try logging in again.

"■ Login Issues Affecting Some Devices We have also confirmed an issue where some players may be unable to log in after switching to another device. A fix for this issue is planned for the version update scheduled for October 2.

"As this is a temporary measure, the displayed Star balance may still change in some situations while data is being refreshed. Further fixes are planned for the version update scheduled for October 2.

"We implemented a temporary fix through a live hotfix on the morning of September 28. After this update, the Star balance is refreshed more frequently to reduce cases where an incorrect amount remains displayed.

"c. In reality, the reward received is Stars ×50. The additional 50 shown on screen is caused by the display issue and will be corrected when the game next synchronizes with the server.

"For example, if Stars ×50 is sent to the Gift Box: a.The displayed Star balance may increase by 50 when the reward is sent. b.When the reward is later claimed, the display may appear to increase by another 50.

"As a result the amount displayed on screen may temporarily be higher than the amount actually held. When the game later synchronizes with the server, such as when logging in again or performing a Gacha pull, the displayed amount is corrected. This may make it appear that Stars or items have decreased

"This may affect rewards from features including: ・Overall High Score Rating ・Login Rewards ・Character Levels ・Character Bonds ・Daily Check-In ・Our Notes Pass ・T.G.W Rank-Ups ・Friend Invites and more.

"■ About the Star Display Issue Our investigation has confirmed that certain Star and item rewards sent to the Gift Box may be reflected in the displayed balance before they are actually claimed.
