šŸŽ„ A salute to all holiday specials, but mostly the Christmas ones. A podcast on the internet by @makewistful.com. Mind the icy patch.

I started sketching this last year and almost immediately convinced myself that it wouldn't work out and shelved the idea... came across the file recently and thought "Hey actually, I think I can pull this off after all" and here we are. Happy Halloween season ya'll, siempre viva!

An illustration of a Muppet version of the movie "Death Becomes Her", drawn to resemble a combination of the movie posters for the film. Miss Piggy is Madeline, in a red dress with her back towards the camera, but her head has been twisted so her head is facing forwards. Kermit is Ernest, holding a candelabra through a hole in the torso of Denise, who is playing Helen. Behind the three of them is Janice as Lisle, holding the bottle of eternal life.

Part of the reason I started a holiday specials podcast to begin with because of things like ā€œWitchā€™s Night Out,ā€ which exists in its own little pocket universe disconnected from almost everything else, and I love it.

So hereā€™s a very old episode with @horrormoviebbq.bsky.social.
