@handiworkgames.bsky.socialLast night the aurora borealis was visible overhead. Thanks to Gregor for the heads up! And then today I saw these portly toadstool fellows. Coincidence? I DOUBT IT
@handiworkgames.bsky.socialLovely stuff. I still need to paint the dinosaurs I picked up at Carronade. Just in case anyone is making a jungle backdrop book…
@handiworkgames.bsky.socialOUTRAGEOUS :D:D:D
@handiworkgames.bsky.socialSomewhat vexed I can't make it to Sheffield for this game! Enjoy it if you're at Furnace and get a seat! #coldcity

@handiworkgames.bsky.socialI saw this and off I trotted to find a quote from The Grapes of Wrath to post & then feel lonely when my tenuous and weak 20th century joke wasn’t understood by anyone, as is my habit. But what happened was I was just shook by Steinbeck’s prose at 5.55am. So thanks for a great start to the day.
@handiworkgames.bsky.socialI’m not saying I was really apprehensive about a reviewer of Paul’s experience and incisiveness running my game… wait yes that is what I’m saying. #maskwitches
@handiworkgames.bsky.socialA look through Cold City and Hot War. Necessarily brief, and unscripted. But you get a good look at what's in the slipcase:
@handiworkgames.bsky.social"Consistently replenishing craft consumables" ...when I cant get them anywhere else.
@handiworkgames.bsky.socialLots of stuff in yesterdays newsletter for our subscribers. You wait for a Handiwork Games RPG release and then three come along at once. (It’s four if you include the new fancy hardcover print run of Maskwitches! Wait actually is it 5? It’s all going on! #ttrpg
@handiworkgames.bsky.socialBeautiful.
@handiworkgames.bsky.socialOh it kinda came good(ish) by the end of the evening shift. I was getting a bit worried back there.
@handiworkgames.bsky.socialHey folks who do paintings, you ever just completely forget how to paint and have absolutely no idea what you’re doing? Cos you know. Yeah. Oof.
@handiworkgames.bsky.socialYes! It's already out! (well only just!)
@handiworkgames.bsky.socialWe have just three copies of the Limited Edition of Cold City Hot War left. (Plus perhaps one or two at our English warehouse, and one saved for Malcolm). Only 100 were made.
We’ll make these 3 available shortly on our web store. #coldcity
@handiworkgames.bsky.socialCan’t remember if I ever shared this. I was showing it to people at Tabletop Scotland because I’d just done the shoot and was excited about it. Probably did but let’s have it again. The resulting images are in the #maskwitches GM’s Companion. It’ll be out soon I promise. Tweaking it at this point.
@handiworkgames.bsky.socialRewilded rusty boy's trip to the city.
The new Sci-fi Cityscapes Backdrop Book is out now!
