@in-the-pan.bsky.socialWhen you think about TTRPG creatives, designers, performers, artists, people you want to hire, cast, etc. who are based in Europe, do only white people come to mind? Fix that. 👇🏽
@in-the-pan.bsky.socialI'm already mostly packed for Dragonmeet 😬 The SPIEL backpack is mostly ready too.
@in-the-pan.bsky.socialHappy Latine Heritage month to the diaspora. Who traveled far and live separate from their families, from Latine communities And to indigenous people throughout Latin America who were already rich and beautiful before the colonizers came tried & failed to erase you. Seguimos aqui. ✊🏽
@in-the-pan.bsky.socialHappy Latine Heritage month to Afrolatines. To queer & trans Latines. To Latines, especially women, fighting generations of machismo and femicide. Happy Latine Heritage month to those on journeys working to understand and connect with their heritage, who may not speak Spanish, etc.
@in-the-pan.bsky.socialA very happy Latine Heritage Month btw to the beautiful, colorful, hard-working, underrepresented Latine people of 👇🏽
@byfrancita.bsky.socialReposted by @in-the-pan.bsky.sociali was working on a #ttrpg called Blood & Doom and i dropped the project because it was seriously damaging my mental health. i was underpaid (severely) with the lead demanding work that corresponded to a full price ($4 per pageal and no base fee)
i don't deserve this
@in-the-pan.bsky.socialThus I have an introductory spiel where I explain X Card and the premise of structured tools to keep play safe. Timed to 4 minutes (bc I gotta get on with a tight game). While they'll be invited to SAY or GESTURE an X as well, the printed card is the visual and physical reminder that it's in place.
@in-the-pan.bsky.socialAs Darcy said in the EUphoria comment :P I get 2 hours each with 4 separate groups with whom I have zero prior communication. Also, my experience at my local cons is that many ppl don't know anything about Session Zeros & Safety Tools. The game organizers haven't mentioned or suggested it at all.
@in-the-pan.bsky.socialThis is the thing being said 😇 Hope it inspires you to DO.
@in-the-pan.bsky.socialGetting ready for Main Quest Con this weekend~
Liking, commenting, saying the thing on the internet is nice.
But how about actually doing the thing you and your friends said would make a tangible difference? I'm making reusable X-cards for the con games I'll be running. #ttrpg
@in-the-pan.bsky.socialWie komt er? Laat het me weten 💛
@in-the-pan.bsky.socialDancing Tinkus, a 💯 Bolivian folkloric dance yesterday at HOLA EINDHOVEN. I'm front left in the video. Siempre un orgullo enorme poder mostrar mi pasión y mi cultura 🇧🇴 Warning, flashing stage lights. Action picks up at 01:30 if you're impatient
