With less & less daylight as winter approaches, I soon won't see daylight at all except on the weekends. 😭 A lamp with a one-time payment is cheaper than constantly buying supplements. Let me know your experience if you've ever used light therapy to compensate for a lack of exposure to sunlight! 🙏

Excess fatigue & stress then cause a slew of other health issues. I started taking D3 a month ago but don't feel any improvement yet. I miss the serotonin from seeing real nature & sunlight all day everyday. I do go outside more often at home now but soon won't get to do that as much because winter.

Has anyone used light therapy such as HappyLight Therapy Lamps? 💡 The thing I hate most about my new office is not having an exterior window. I've essentially lost 40 hrs of sunlight exposure per week & I am like a sensitive plant who is now wilting. 😂 Unusual fatigue & higher stress are noticable.

if you experience daylight savings time and love spooky season here’s your psa that daylight savings is november 1st which means you get an extra hour on halloween night 👻
