Building texture and weight through continuous fine line work. Rainy day mood on canvas.

An expressive oil painting depicting a stylistically exaggerated figure with a rounded, tightly furrowed face walking on a wet street during rain. The figure wears a dark, belted trench coat and has dark hair with short bangs. The surrounding crowd is rendered in dark silhouettes holding umbrellas. Fine, cross-hatched light lines cover the coat, face, and reflective pavement, emphasizing texture, movement, and atmospheric depth

Some paintings start as a face. This one started as a fear of disappearing into a crowd.

Painting of a child with a dark woolen coat and hair, head tilted back with mouth open mid-yawn or cry, surrounded on all sides by a flock of sheep rendered in the same tangled woolen texture as the child's hair and clothing.

My painting titled “Friend," 2025. The kind of company that doesn't ask anything of you.

Grayscale oil painting of a person with an exaggeratedly swollen, scrunched face sitting on a small stool beside a dog sitting on a matching stool, both facing away toward the ocean, birds flying overhead.

My oil painting titled “Good bunny," 2025. Is he though?

Grayscale oil painting of a rabbit-headed figure in a suit combing the hair of a person with an exaggeratedly swollen, scrunched face, mouth open as if crying out. Set in a bathroom-like space with shelved toiletries in the background.

"Bad bunny," 2025 - an older oil painting no relation to the singer, unfortunately.

#oilpainting #contemporaryart #figurativepainting #artistsonbluesky #painting #artsky #monochromeart #mutedpalette #monochromatic

Grayscale oil painting of a person with an exaggeratedly swollen, scrunched-up face, eyes closed and mouth open, wearing a white coat, embraced from behind by a humanoid figure with large rabbit ears. Muted, painterly background suggests a barren landscape.

Feet soaking, world blurring. Oil painting by me.

#painting #contemporaryart #oilpainting #artistsonbluesky #figurativeart #artshare #artsky

Painting of a figure with an exaggerated, oversized head, eyes squeezed shut and mouth open in a grimace or laugh, wearing a white dress, seated with bare feet soaking in a metal basin. A cup of coffee rests on a small side table beside the chair. Rendered in muted grey and white tones with expressive, loose brushwork.
