We’re bored so we want to know: what’s your hidden blind or partially sighted person talent? We’ll go first: apologising to inanimate objects.

Text on a blue background reads: "What's your hidden blind or partially sighted person talent?" In the top corner, there's a yellow spotlight shining down on the words, along with yellow sparkles.

Here's our shameless take on things you wouldn't do as an ally to blind and partially sighted people 👀 What else wouldn't you do?

"You wouldn't pet a working guide dog" in the famous font from the early 2000s anti-piracy campaign we all had to sit through at the beginning of any VHS tape, with an icon of a guide dog below."You wouldn't say 'over there' as a direction to a blind person" in the famous font from the early 2000s anti-piracy campaign we all had to sit through at the beginning of any VHS tape, with arrows pointing in lots of different directions below.
"You wouldn't jump over a blind person's cane" in the famous font from the early 2000s anti-piracy campaign we all had to sit through at the beginning of any VHS tape, with an icon of a person using a white cane."You wouldn't forget to add alt text to your pictures" in the famous font from the early 2000s anti-piracy campaign we all had to sit through at the beginning of any VHS tape, with the alt text icon below.

There’s a lot of talk about how Meta Glasses, and similar AI smart glasses, can increase independence for blind and partially sighted people. So, it’s over to you: what’s your favourite accessibility feature of Meta Glasses as a blind or partially sighted person?

“As a blind or partially sighted person, my favourite accessibility feature on Meta glasses is...” There’s a photograph of a lady with short, white hair at a bus stop, using Meta glasses to read a timetable as a red bus pulls up behind her. She wears a pearl earring, a white shirt, silk scarf and beige cardigan.

Them: ‘Can you see this?’ Us: Nope, but thanks for the pop quiz. Can you describe it next time?

Other than birds and boats (shout out to the brilliant teams at RNLI and RSPB) what do you think our 'B' should stand for? Wrong answers only please 👀 [Image description: "Wrong answers only: What does RNIB stand for?" On a black background with a cheeky sunglasses emoji above the text.]
