5 ingredient creamer I use for my hot chai (I love Tazo): Bring one cup of water to a boil, then drop to a simmer. Mix in: 1 cup brown sugar 1 tsp cinnamon 1.5 tsp vanilla extract 0.5 tsp salt Simmer for a few minutes and then let it cool COMPLETELY. Then mix in one cup heavy cream.
