@rchusid.bsky.socialDuring the Michigan Senate debate Mike Rogers claimed that Medicare for All would lead to a $20,000 increase in income taxes. Under Sanders' model people making $529,000 per year would pay this much. Most people would pay less in new taxes than they are now paying for premiums & out of pocket costs.
