Prime Healthcare's CEO, Prem Reddy, has no problem saying the quiet part out loud. This kind of profit-first mentality is responsible for unsafe staffing, missed breaks, and patients waiting too long for the care they need. Union nurses will not remain silent.

When Kaiser refuses to reinvest profits back into its hospitals, patient care suffers. Standing together is the best way that we can protect our licenses and make sure our patients get the care they deserve.
