This whole thing. Everything that’s happening is about riding the momentum and wave. There are so many people at different political levels. Some have been organizing for a long time, while others are brand new. This time is about supporting the energy to and get people engaged in a strike.

I don’t ‘love’ any politician. They EARN respect by having strong morals and standing by what’s right. You know who I love? The owner of a local food truck who remembers my name. My coworkers who got me flowers when I left and were proud that I found a better position. The kids I taught. (1/3)

ICE just raided our local Home Depot in Orlando. Of course, the masked thugs didn’t pick up any members of MS-13 — just a few hardworking immigrants trying to put food on the table for their families.

Don’t join GSUS thinking that’s the end of it. Our organizing requires you to be in your COMMUNITIES. Regional chapters provide support and solidarity, but they only work with YOU. A national movement succeeds at the local level. Listen to this video, then listen again. He knows what’s up.
