@uniteherelocal8.bsky.socialWe've taken care of Seahawks fans for years. Embassy Suites might not let you know workers are on strike but we will. Skip Lumen Field's closest hotel this season while we're on strike for fair wages and workloads, year-round healthcare and immigration protections.
@uniteherelocal8.bsky.socialSuperbowl champs don't cross picket lines. DO NOT eat, sleep, or drink at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Pioneer Square while we're on strike.
@soseaemerald.bsky.socialReposted by @uniteherelocal8.bsky.socialAt the Embassy Suites in Pioneer Square, hotel workers, through UNITE HERE Local 8, have been on strike since June 18. It's now the longest hotel strike in Washington history. soseaem.org/3SLw2Et

@uniteherelocal8.bsky.socialEmbassy Suites Pioneer Square is Lumen Field's closest hotel... but the 12s don't cross picket lines. Join Embassy Suites strikers before the Seahawks home opener, 9/9 3:30-5:30 pm
@uniteherelocal8.bsky.socialThank you to Lupe Carlos III for capturing our resolve.
@uniteherelocal8.bsky.socialCan you hear us? No contract, NO PEACE! Embassy Suites workers are standing strong until we win fair wages and workloads, year-round healthcare, and immigration protections.
@pnwlabortracker.bsky.socialReposted by @uniteherelocal8.bsky.socialThe Beacon Cinema is hosting a fundraiser for the @uniteherelocal8.bsky.social strike fund on September 19. Matewan, a great labor film!

@uniteherelocal8.bsky.socialDuring the Minneapolis ICE surge, Hilton said ICE agents were welcome to stay at its hotels – they even removed their brand and loyalty program from one hotel after it cancelled agents’ bookings. Now Hilton won’t promise to tell us if ICE comes to Embassy Suites by Hilton Seattle Downtown.
