π§΅ How useful are "pragmatic" clinical trials for informing real-world decision-making? In the latest JAMA+ Trials poll, only 10.9% of respondents believed that nearly all trials labeled as "pragmatic" successfully provide useful evidence for real-world decisions.
Among working-age adults in the US, #HeatRelated mortality varied substantially by occupation and industry, with the highest rates in military, farming, fishing and forestry, and construction and extraction occupations.
