Around 70 Speakers or Deputy Speakers and around 500 delegates are expected at the European Conference of Presidents of Parliament, held every two years under PACE auspices and hosted this year by the Italian Parliament at the Palazzo Montecitorio.

* renewing the rules-based international order

The Parliamentary Assembly is due to debate its observation of these elections at a meeting of its Standing Committee on 27 November.
