I began my current remote engagement on #HumanRights in #Azerbaijan with discussions over the last two days with civil society representatives. These and upcoming discussions will help inform a memorandum that I will publish in December.

Another horrific Russian attack has claimed more than 20 lives across #Ukraine. At least 18 civilians, incl. four small children, were killed in a strike on a residential building in #Pryluky. My heartfelt sympathies go out to the victims & their families.
