The Italian campaign to Free Marwan and all political prisoners took to the stage alongside its partner organisations to once again highlight the conditions faced by more than 9,000 Palestinians held in Israeli prisons, and to call for the release of Palestinian leader Marwan Barghouti.

A call to Free Marwan from the Falastin Festival in Italy 🇮🇹🇵🇸 Held at Testaccio Estate from 8 to 12 October, the Falastin Festival brought culture and community together through workshops, market stalls and public panels.

The Free Marwan football shirt is a replica of the 2002 Palestine national team shirt, updated to reflect 24 years of Marwan Barghouti’s imprisonment and the call for his freedom and the freedom of all Palestinian political prisoners.
