the parody was a video, in case that wasn't clear but it was also a song you get it
twas the night before book release, and all through the house was the sound of a weird parody of an emo song being watched by my spouse the posts were scheduled by the author (me) with care in the hope that when she went to bookstores readers would be there
Go tell Maggie about your banned books, people!

my PT: WHAT do you do for work again
ah, the experience of explaining to my PT that the thing that has the most reliably provoked nerve pain from my pinched nerve is reaching forward to press "record" or "stop recording" on my phone as I make these "Hi [country] I'm x and my book is Y" videos my publishers have requested π
oooh that's a good idea
Yeah, I have played with PS5 and with PC + controller before and had no trouble! The adjustment to the switch may have been part of the problem-- hard to start one way and then go another way.
you can do itttt
I do have access to a Switch 2 so that's good news! I might just try it and see. Since I haven't played it before I don't have any real expectations for how it'll run, which might help.
it's been awhile but I think the problem was that the controls felt weird and the game was dark. It was maybe just that the transition from playing on a big screen with a controller was a bit rough
now here's the question: skyrim is available on switch, but is it GOOD on switch? because I'd like to finally play it, and it would be really convenient to bring the switch on book tour and play it on the plane, but when I played The Witcher on switch I wanted to hurl my device into the sun
we gotta just JUMP IN
it's true! it's just that little "i've lingered on the high dive for too long and now i need to just get it over with and jump" feeling π
