📋 The role will be focused around supporting the Head of Department to plan, produce and oversee the Opening and Closing Ceremonies. On the day, the Deputy Head will manage the backstage elements of the ceremonies and work closely with the Head of Department to help ensure the smooth running of the

➡️ Previous leadership or supervisory experience within the organisation or a similar environment (advantageous but not required) ➡️ Working under pressure and dealing with problems as they arrive. ➡️ Working across multiple departments and stakeholders to deliver large events.

➡️ Understanding talkback systems, stage tech, video and audio systems. ➡️ Writing planning documentation, risk assessments, running orders or other production documentation.

You will support the Head of Department to lead the Ceremonies team, assign tasks and oversee their work. We are especially interested in hearing from people with experience in: ➡️ Video and audio production, multimedia or technical and stage events.

As part of the new system, we’re applying a £3 booking fee, which will show up in your final total. This fee is to cover the increasing costs associated with registration.

Payment process update As some of you may know, this year we’re overhauling both our registration, and payment system. Once the lottery process runs and registrations are approved, you’ll then be requested to make payment.
