What started as a simple idea of drawing peopleā€™s Fox OCā€™s for national Fox day became, ā€œIā€™m going to miss the date by 2 weeks and make it an animated GIF and it will be Stop Motion! (This post is very late, thanks to the ones who shared there reference sheets a while ago lol)

I was going through my files and decided to clean up and upload an animation. It's one of the first test animations I made with the paper stop motion style. When editing it, I noticed many parts that could need improving but that's the point of a test!

Stop Motion is an art form of pain, tedium and precise movement. With the slightest bump of ANYTHING will destroy the whole scene!(Not like I'm speaking from experience or anything HAHAHahahaha...ha) But the amount of satisfaction I felt when finishing a simple project like this was a great feeling!

The animation technique is known as replacement animation, where I swap out paper cutout frames of the character to convey movement.
