Fair, but down here I’m constantly being told that these teams are the pinnacle of the sport and what a great rivalry because it “never disappoints.” Yes, it does, in fact, disappoint.
I’m trying to not have this come off as trolling… BUT… If Texas and Oklahoma played this game with blank uniforms in an empty stadium, you’d say this was a sloppy, penalty-filled, mistake-marred mess that nobody wanted to win. Branding is a hell of a drug.
COSMOS Rankings Top 10 as of 5 p.m. ET (post-noon start games).

An Brooklyn bistro-style asiago cheese bagel. You toast it yourself.
You're either intentionally missing the nuance of what I'm saying or you're an AI ragebot, given all the replies and quote posts. My money is on the latter. Take it or leave it.
Parents overwhelmingly don’t want their kids to be stupid. We want them to be competitive in a global economy. We should be informed as to whether that’s the case or not.
I’m not sure what you’re getting at here. Which parents? Individual parents? Parents voting for school boards? As it is they’re rejecting it now via homeschooling or privatization (which should be more tightly regulated at all levels). A small but vocal minority.
No, I’m not. Centralization means *all control* is vested the government, from standards to enforcement, usually by means of budgetary coercion. If local parents and school boards are the ones making decisions based on data from government, that’s not centralization. That’s informed democracy.
Alright, I’ll bite: - Standards should be set by subject experts in conjunction with Congress and DOE to align with goals for the nation’s future. - Enforcement should begin with informing local school boards and parents so they can make enforcement decisions.
Progressives do not think schools or curriculum should be "centralized." Progressives think there should be accurate standards that all American schools should try to attain. For example, that the Earth is round, and 4.54 billion years old. Those are not the same thing.
This is undoubtedly the most likely order
I will admit I don't care for Blink 182 (just not my taste!) but it is truly something to hear a stadium full of people sing to this guy in appreciation of the music he created and the joy he brought to their lives. Impacting so many other humans positively like this has to feel amazing
"Lonesome Loser" by Little River Band has to be on there
