@async.protogen.clubI generally lean towards sole prop unless you're expecting liability problems. The paperwork for an LLC but still being a sole prop for tax purposes though I don't think is *too* bad? Once things get srs though, definitely an LLC, probably filing as an S Corp for the tax benefits
