then a few weeks ago i ran through The Tomb of Sargeras for some transmog stuff... mystery solved

@fairbanksvt.bsky.socialthanks to all the kind wishes! wanted to come back and add a couple more details. the headaches arent CONSTANT, they typically last maybe like a day at most. what concerns me is the fact that they seem to happen like every other week. i've gotten barometric pressure headaches before but (1/2)

Since the start of 2026 i’ve been having frequent headaches and post nasal drip, almost on a bi-weekly basis. I have an appointment with my doctor on friday. Ill update you all then
