October 1st. I’ve begun work on something I’ve never done before. I’m nervous. You may hate it, but I’m doing it anyway because I want to and I have to try.

I just graduated from weekly therapy to now once every two weeks. ߹𖥦߹ My Therapist said she is proud of my progress. I’m now on two different medications that we feel are helping too. I’m so happy. It can get better. Trying to kick PMDD’s ass.

Transparency. During PaxWest I had a very bad anxiety attack. So I went to the first aid room to check my heart rate to see if I was dying or if it was anxiety. It was anxiety. I didn’t attend the rest of the event after. I’m working on myself. I hope next year I do better.

I will be at PaxWest today. I’m still on my medical hiatus from streaming but if you see me please say hello. Also ignore the stain on my shirt. I spilled my Monster.

Thank you! They keep coming off. Hehe.

Elden Ring update: General Radahn punched Torrent in the face, gravity pulled me in and made me eat sand. (Hence mad face😡😡😡) Jokes on him, I’m going to go outside today. // Also I think I want to recolor my hair henna red again. Then me and Radahn can match. 👉🏻👈🏻

Thank you so much for sharing this. Since I spoke about it you’re the second person to mention antihistamines to me. I think this is something I’ll mention to my doctor too. Mine manifests in debilitating depression and repetitive thoughts and I’d love to beat it.
