Yeah, it's CatCready! :D
Just imagine it as this
Agreed, and especially because he was the "central" character of the game
Don't get me wrong, I liked the game. Didn't even really mind that the story was obvious from pretty much the moment I've seen the trailer. But I think there are still some details related to the characters that were left unexplained that make me keep thinking about it.
(Speaking as someone who's only watched playthroughs:) I think the story was easy to guess from just the trailer. Maybe people r miffed bc the gameplay itself was not very fun and it might have felt like it wasn't worth suffering through it for a very obvious story with no complications or reveals.
It's really cool that I got to draw Embers again after a decade. The fact that his creator still actively rp-s him and clearly put so much effort and love in this character warms my heart.
I used @qsy.bsky.social's fantastic tutorial for Embers' maille armor:

A commission of a couple ESO cuties: Sunset-Scales (who belongs to @littlemantispid.bsky.social) and Hand-of-Embers
Commission my friend! Marm just moved and finally has free time to draw for you!
If I had so much constant chirping at my back I'd be sleepy all day
"Let me tell you about the chicks and the bees"
Something I've never asked a USPS cashier until today: "You got chickens back there??" (They got chickens back there. And ducks too.)
Man... these people not only live on a different planet from the rest of us but in a whole different universe from us
"Wow Geralt, you finished The Witcher 1."

YES I am pissed that shes' missing the scars on her chest also! Modding that back in for Witcher 2. I liked Shani and Triss throughout the books, I just think the first game did them both dirty - but Triss was at least a bit more in character with her pining. Shani never seemed that desperate to me.
No, only 2-3 of them. I'm a Yennefer loyalist deep down, and she wasn't even in this game. I thought the way Triss and Shani were trying to take advantage of Geralt's amnesia was nasty as hell. The women in general were written very badly in this but at least I expected it.
