there's been a "support group" subreddit by this name for a minute which, afaik, is just people posting about crushes

1. starting small 2. having a deadline (game jams are awesome for this) 3. literally just continuing to do it even when it sucks ass really really bad and you want to give up. trust it will be worth it!

The most fun thing ever to randomly see

Turns out these guys are real

which is to say: same . i would have nothing in my house if i was not partnered

i can't remember where, but i heard it said recently that "men don't decorate their rooms because they fear making an aesthetic decision about themselves" and i've never felt so completely scalped, dissected, flayed open

these placeholders were there until... like... 4 days before launch. i still think of these characters as jake & pluey. i had to open the script just now to remember their actual names (dusca & ontis)

ARRGRGHGHHHH GODDAMMIT!!!!! SHIT!!!!!!!!

cackling and clapping my hands as i add another tally to the webcomic-artists-to-vn-makers count (if you ever want renpy advice or notes hmuuuuuuuu)

i used to feel like i wasn't capable of finishing artistic projects and then i started finishing artistic projects and now i feel like i'm capable of finishing artist projects. And it's fucked up that that's the answer

fuck no you're kidding me none at all really are you serious what the fuck

if you *do* find where they're coming in, cram a wadded-up paper towel soaked in white vinegar into the spot, and spray it when it dries. they'll give up within a few days. my house has a spray bottle of white vinegar for this purpose in the summer

mysra and psello especially are always making statements about what angels are and aren't, what they're capable of or not. they believe it, but it's not necessarily true. i think if aqat were to continue reading through psello's library, he would find even more contradictory accounts.

when we were writing angel diaclasis one thing i wanted to capture was the uncertainty of reality when you are a child... almost everything aqat knows about angels is told to him by humans, but the humans' narratives contradict each other, and aqat's own experience of being an angel

Ohhhh my god you are the genioust brain

Monday you're a piece of shit Tuesday, Wednesday make me sick Oh Thursday suck my fuckin' dick Friday I'm in love

my wife thought this one sucked so thanks for the vote of confidence
