@jimcampbellart.bsky.socialThat’s an interesting thought! Yeah my expectations might have been different if it had a different name! Obviously the switch can’t play Wii games (from discs) and that never bothered me.
@jimcampbellart.bsky.sociali bought one thinking it was backwards compatible.. and it sorta was, but really it ran wii games on a sort of emulator that kinda sucked. I guess my problem was really that all i wanted was to play wii games after my wii broke. i eventually got a switch which is like a improved portable wii U.
@jimcampbellart.bsky.sociali dont use the stuff myself but i immediately wondered that.. i mean its east to imagine that people who are overweight are more likely to use sugar substitutes and because they are overweight (and diet stuff like that seldom works) are more at risk for heart attacks..
