thank you so so much for your kind words! they really helped me! <3 i love love love what you said about your fursona! i've dealt with a kind of stigma around my weight most of my life due to bullying + not looking like my school "friends" (loose term they were assholes) 🫂 ty for helping me heal <3

⋆ normalising mental health symptoms pt. 1 ⋆

going to be starting a lil series where i share some of my less common symptoms in the hopes of "normalising" them (dislike the term "normal" but you know what i mean) + letting people know they are not alone! ❤️‍🩹

1. head pressure + dizziness

this is something i experience a lot of esp. head pressure - when i'm anxious/panicky i get a very intense pressure in my head sometimes accompanied by derealisation (i.e. the world around you doesn't look "real"). sometimes i can also get dizzy too but not always!

2. neck/shoulder pain

this usually happens when i'm anxious or i have recently been quite stressed. i imagine it comes from my muscles tensing due to the anxiety but i'm not sure? it really sucks bc it's often another pain on top of my other pain! :<

happy mental health awareness day 💚🎗️ mental health is often complex, difficult + dismissed but it's as important as physical health. - check in on ppl - ask how someone is doing + LISTEN - don't gaslight - keep fighting ✊🏻 - if someone doesn't care about ur mental health cut them off and be free <3

happy timezones <3 things are difficult in our house rn - my health is declining but mum is also struggling immensely coming off one med and onto another + a severe ear infection + fibro worsening. i'm seeking some counselling from mind bc i'm kind of on my own with it all - i just need to yap! 🗣️
