Thanks so much, Megan, for this opportunity! Talking to other kidlit creators about building websites is one of my favorite things. (I love talking to kidlit creators about anything, really!) To be in a drawing for a conversation about your website, sign up for Megan's fabulous newsletter.

I often joke I'm a writer because I'm not good with technology. But it can be helpful to know! So we're talking websites! @sondrae.bsky.social answers questions like: What do I put on a website if I don't have publishing credits? Find out below!

Amazing!

In this blog's third interview, Karen Alexander suggested we all read NEVER TAKE YOUR RHINO ON A PLANE by K.E. Lewis and Isabel Roxas. I'm glad I picked it up because it has amazing wordplay and stellar illustrations. I echo her recommendation!

@msrachelforlittles.bsky.social is donating a million dollars to the Palestine Children's Relief Fund! She inspired me to make a small donation, too. Love her advocacy for kids!

I'm going to keep the anniversary post giveaway open for a few more days! Go read it and enter for a chance to win!

Thank you, @nadiaawriter.bsky.social!

Let's continue with picture book recommendations. In the second interview, Miki Matsumoto talked about WHAT DO YOU DO WITH AN IDEA? written by Kobi Yamada and illustrated by Mae Besom. I love this one too!

Let's continue the ONE YEAR celebration by highlighting the amazing picture book recommendations from our interviewees! First up... MILO IMAGINES THE WORLD written by Matt de la Peña, illustrated by Christian Robinson. Our first very interviewee, Alma Galapon, chose this book! Have you read it?
