It's an understatement to say that I owe a LOT of my growth as an artist thanks to working alongside him for half my professional career. This past year especially has been some of the most fun collaborative work of my life.

You can buy a huge media conglomerate with money you don't have using leveraged debt you'll never pay off and then immediately start firing its workers, but people will still say that capitalism is compatible with democracy and is capable of "reform" or "regulation"

This is beyond sickening. The scale of creative theft we’ve been forced to tolerate during the AI “boom” will never be properly acknowledged by those who have the power to curb it. As usual, artists are fodder to capitalists.
