I am joking but also not joking. Language is about communication and so long as you can communicate what you need to then the methods should be flexible. And at the end of the day nothing is ever going to send a 1-to-1 message from your mind to someone else's.

I’m going to go out on a limb and say that the reason there’s so much curated cultural outrage over the increase in diagnoses is that SO MANY WOMEN ARE BEING DIAGNOSED LATER IN LIFE. What, are we supposed to fund healthcare for WOMEN now are we?! Gross. No. Shut it down.
