Your Queen is an album you can reasonably listen to right after Revolver, which is high praise.
Upside: I listened to Revolver and Your Queen Is A Reptile, read a chunk of Piranesi, and finally watched Tenet, which I really liked.
Interviewer: can you explain this gap in your CV? Yeah, I pulled all the cables to patch in this sick new Quarkgargler module I bought
Yes, it was a lovely flight, why do you ask.
Honourable mentions also to Mr Rearranging Airport Luggage Cart In High-Traffic Corridor Bottleneck and his cousin Mr Waits Till He’s Blocking Lane Before Stopping To Fumble In Bag For Customs Receipt.
Is that even more stupid than blocking people trying to disembark when you’re trying to board? I think so, but struggle to logically justify it. Different axis, maybe.

Man, I’d love a week in Actual London, though. I thought I was over the place until I started taking Daughter there. She loves it, so I do again now, even if she’s not there with me.

I was passing the Royal Courts of Justice last night and feeling slightly uneasy until I realised it was just because I did a stealth mission there in the damned game. Its London is weirdly (and necessarily) compressed, but very well done.
As I don’t seem to be able to arrange more than two waking hours at a time in London, I might just have to replay Watch Dogs: Legion, which still casts an uncanny double vision over the city for me five years on.
Gosh, how unexpected.
As if millions of voices suddenly cried out in terror, and were suddenly silenced?
Crazy coincidence
Maybe this round of Piranesi Discourse will finally make me get around to reading it.
