In this case the building forms the word 'Housing market' en the label on the pipe going up reads 'home equity' and the pipe going down reads 'rent'.

I try to translate most of the cartoons I do in English, but sometimes it's impossible either because it's a specific Dutch subject or, in this case, if the text is completely part of the drawing.

Sharing an oldie today, showing the kind of work I made 15 years ago (this cartoon is from 2011). It was a period in my career when I would try to disguise the fact that I was lousy at drawing humans by drawing animals instead.
