Reject organized sports, embrace pro wrestling

Since we’re talking Nic Cage knowing ball on here now I have to bring over the interview clipping I posted on Twitter forever ago from the September 1996 issue of Playboy where he talks about Urotsukidoji

Okay I'll finish catching up later

Widow's Bay S1 (10 eps, 2026) This is like if Silent Hill met Parks and Rec. It's both creepy and dumb and also fucking hilarious 10/10

Who Framed Roger Rabbit? (1988) I can't believe I hadn't seen this until now. This movie is a goddamn miracle. I get it now why it's so iconic and beloved 10/10

Tank Girl (1995) It's not a great movie but like, Tank Girl has some kind of charm? 5/10

Tojima Wants to be a Kamen Rider (24 eps, 2025) This show is so fucking dumb in the absolute best way possible. These dudes love Kamen Rider so fucking much and they channel that into beating the ever loving shit out of bad guys and sometimes each other. PLEASE give this show a Season 2 10/10

Kamen Rider Kuuga (49 eps, 2000) An iconic reboot for a reason. I don't think it's my favorite Kamen Rider, but I understand why it is for others. Definitely got chills from some of the more iconic moments 8/10

My Adventures With Superman S3 (2026) Still love this show. It better get a fourth season or there's gonna be a problem 9/10

Gachiakuta (24 eps, 2025) Crazy ass show that feels like it came out of 2006 in the best way. Can't wait for season 2 9/10

WarGames (1983) There's just something about early Broderick on old timey computers, ya know? 8/10

Outlaw Star (24 eps, 1998) Fun classic sci-fi series. I expected more of them going on the actual space adventure than them gathering up the money to fund their space adventure 7/10

Witch Hat Atelier (S1, 13 eps, 2026) This show is amazing. It's incredible how much thought and effort has gone into this show's worldbuilding and it's magic system. I just wish the season hadn't ended on such a cliffhanger 10/10

Blades of Glory (2007) If Yuri on Ice was made by well-intentioned straight American filmmakers. 6.5/10

Talladega Nights: The Ballad of Ricky Bobby (2005) Surprised how little of this movie didn't age well. Still funny 20+ years after it came out 7/10

Rad (1986) If you've seen an 80s/90s sports movie, you've seen Rad, but it's still a fun time. 7/10

Megaforce (1982) This feels like if Starship Troopers didn't know it was a parody, and I really am not sure if it is one. 5/10

The Blues Brothers (1980) Probably my favorite of the SNL movies that isn't Wayne's World. Fun and good music 8/10
