Through 50+ interviews with directly impacted people, legal service providers, and analysis of U.S. government data and habeas corpus petitions, the report sheds light on the profound torment and suffering this policy is inflicting on refugees and people who fled torture.

(2/2) Today's flight marks the 8th time since May 2026 that third country nationals have been removed to Panama from the U.S. The U.S. removal flight on Sept. 18 is understood to have carried Panamanian nationals.

(1/2) An ICE Air flight carrying third country nationals from Harlingen, TX landed in Panama City, Panama today. Forced third country removal flights to Panama have generally been taking place weekly on Fridays.

(2/2) On Sept. 24, a similar ICE Air jet conducted the same route (involving stops in GTMO, Puerto Rico & Senegal), carrying 8 Somalian nationals to Kenya. It’s possible that today’s flight is also bound for Kenya.

(1/2) A small (14-seat) Journey jet that departed Alexandria, LA today at 1 am local time, with stops in Guantanamo Bay & Puerto Rico, is currently approaching Senegal. We are monitoring this flight for deportations in the African continent.

Yesterday 2 ICE Air flights from El Paso, TX arrived in Barcelona, Venezuela, removing 387 Venezuelan nationals. 1 flight stopped in Miami, FL en route. 1 flew directly to Barcelona. Flights to Venezuela have been occurring 2x/week on Weds since Sept. 16.

(3/3) Of the 5 removal flights to Ghana, at least one carried third country nationals from the U.S., while the remaining 4 flights are understood to have carried Ghanaian nationals. Individuals removed to Ghana are at risk of being sent to places where they face grave harm.

(2/3) US deportation flights to Ghana ramped since June 2025, reaching at least 29 removal flights since then. September saw the highest monthly total, with 5 removal flights. Prior to 2025, only 6 US deportation flights went to Ghana since at least 2020 when tracking began.

(1/3) This ICE Air jet arrived in Accra, Ghana at 10:54 am local time, removing Ghanaian nationals. Deportation flights to Ghana have carried both Ghanaian nationals and third country nationals under the 2nd Trump admin.

An ICE Air flight (GXA6121) that originated in Alexandria, LA, is currently en route to Cap-Haitien, Haiti, expected to land there at 12pm ET. Removal flights to Haiti have been taking place once per week since Aug. 20, following the end of TPS on Jul. 27.

👀✈️ NEW! September 2026. Monthly ICE Air report including the tracking, analysis, and reporting of 66,000+ ICE flights since January 2020. In September: 324 deportations plus 1,258 domestic flights shuffling people to and between detention and staging centers.

A small (14-seat) Talon jet, currently in Alexandria, LA, is expected to depart soon for Accra, Ghana, arriving early morning tomorrow. We are monitoring this flight for additional deportation stops in the region.

On Friday, Oct. 2, an ICE Air flight (GXA6151) carrying third country nationals from Harlingen, TX arrived in Panama City, Panama.

(2/2) Deportations on U.S. military planes typically occur on Tuesdays, Thursdays & Saturdays. All flights have departed from Harlingen, TX and landed in San Pedro Sula, Honduras. Military aircraft are significantly more expensive to use than ICE Air charter planes.

(1/2) In Sept. 2026, 13 deportation flights to Honduras took place on U.S. military planes (C30 aircraft type). Since resuming on June 4, 53 deportation flights using U.S. military aircraft removed Hondurans and at least some third country nationals to Honduras.

UPDATE: The small ICE Air jet has just landed in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania, marking the first deportation there since June 2024.
