That gave us the afternoon to pop down to #rspb Freiston Shore and spend some time watching the Wryneck there. What a fantastic bird, showed really well feeding along the footpath and later sheltering from the drizzle in the weedy patch near the car park. 2/2

Yesterday's weather forecast plus having the #tourofbritain cycle race pass our front door gave us chance to juggle our work schedule. The whole race took just a few minutes to flash past....

Visited Donna Nook yesterday to try and catch up with some of the migrants, this juvenile Pied Flycatcher gave us a super show, one of at least four seen.
Also 3 Common Redstarts, 5 Whinchat and 4 Wheatear.
