Two More Bad Court Decisions

In DHS v. League of Women Voters, the Supreme Court enabled portions of the voter-suppression SAVE Act to be applied to the midterm election.

In Anthropic v. Dept. of Defense, the DC Court of Appeals ruled that the Pentagon can blacklist Anthropic.
