The Council has agreed its position on the market integration and supervision package, which aims to:

🔹 offer investors more opportunities

The Council has updated the EU list of non-cooperative jurisdictions for tax purposes, removing Panama 🇵🇦 and Viet Nam 🇻🇳 following progress on tax cooperation.

The EU has extended its sanctions in response to Russia's hybrid threats until 9 October 2027.
The sanctions target those responsible for Russia's continued and intensified hybrid activities against the EU, its member states and its partners.
