Thank you Billy! Its an adventure book and she is considering including a cheeky terrier type character. Mum is no author but it is keeping her brain on something! 😊

Mum hasn't left the house - only for appointments. She has crutches to use (with an ankle and foot splint) but cant go too far. She hopes to get outdoors in the nearish future. 💖🐾

It is. Mum is doing her best. We are so grateful for everyones kindness. The exercises are a bit of discomfort at the moment but she is expecting more pain in the future. Sending you hugs back and i hope that Ste will be ok. I can fully appreciate you feeling that way xxxx

Mum has had some very dark days this week but felt a bit brighter yesterday and today. Shes been doing her exercises diligently, has a wound review & MRI on Tues. Still waiting for first physio appointment. Has Stu had his date through yet? Xx 🐾🥰

Mum couldn't sleep. In pain, uncomfortable and frustrated by being in one position! She is OK though, thank you. 😊🐾

Oh crumbs, thats a big thing. Hope it all goes ok for you. 🫂Yes, mum needs a nerve graft & reconstruction of ligaments via plastic surgeons as its such a significant injury. Hoping to hear more today/tomomorrow. Mum is mixed. Terrified and 'OK'. Shes not good at being brave but trying xx

Going to Nuffield Ortho Clinic in Oxford at 10am Friday morning. They are going to do an ultrasound on nerve. If its stretched etc then function hard to predict, but if cut theres a good chance no return of function. They think surgery within next week or two 😞 xx
