@trueadventures.bsky.socialReaction to Villa’s 2-2 draw with Brentford on @claretbluepod.bsky.social :
@trueadventures.bsky.socialHaha that quiz was bloody fix! 😝
@trueadventures.bsky.socialGood to know! Don't like thinking I'm pissing people off
@trueadventures.bsky.social"Unai, what's your view on the significance of the Milner / Ireland transfer? Would you call it a sliding doors moment?"
@trueadventures.bsky.socialYes, I’ve heard some people talk about the fact that they do this, I think it’s similar to Netflix tailoring their thumbnails for different audiences, I think because I am a newbie that option might not be available to me!
@trueadventures.bsky.socialI did see this today and think 'surely they can do better than that?' - thanks for the advice!
@trueadventures.bsky.socialProbably just a photo with some text, I'll keep working on it!
@trueadventures.bsky.socialYeah, I've tried to be specific so it doesn't look like slop, difficult to hide though!
@trueadventures.bsky.socialALSO I'm aware that using AI for YT thumbnails is bad and wrong, I've tried to stop it looking like those horrendous pub flyers...
..it seems like thumbnails are essential to YT and I don't have the skill or time...should I fight the good fight by not having a thumbnail?
Advice is welcome 👍
@trueadventures.bsky.socialI've started doing some YouTube chat, here's a Brentford preview if you fancy SMASHING THAT SUBSCRIBE button:
@trueadventures.bsky.socialYes, Dan Bardell and @lovemcgrathpod.bsky.social we’re talking about who would be our captain if McGinn is on the bench!
@trueadventures.bsky.socialThis is much cheaper than my 'cloning' plan!
@trueadventures.bsky.socialRealised you did kind of say that 😆 but yes Goretzka!
@trueadventures.bsky.socialDefinitely great that we have more options on the wing / CAM but it's his intangibles: leadership, standards, setting the tempo...hopefully Goretzka help alleviate that weight!
@trueadventures.bsky.socialHaha I pay for the ad-free version now so it's basically my podcast app
@trueadventures.bsky.socialI've listened to pretty much everything on the subject and this is just spot on
