@melanielampro.bsky.socialHALGLOWE’EN has entered the chat. 🧡👻 A little orange can lift the greyest day, and I’m taking that into skincare too. EASY GLOWING + GLOWCOLIC bring vitamin C and glow to the party.

@melanielampro.bsky.socialIf your skin is starting to feel a bit mummified by the colder weather, QUENCH is a very good place to start. 🧟♀️
Deep hydration mask, warm flannel, ten quiet minutes, considerably less crypt-like afterwards... spatogo.templespa.com/melanielampr...
@melanielampro.bsky.socialToday’s #Orangeween oddity: the disco clam. 🧡🪩🐚
Orange-red, tentacled and flashing like it’s brought its own tiny underwater disco lights.
More on this gloriously weird little thing ⬇️
@melanielampro.bsky.socialSometimes self-care is nothing grander than noticing the brightest thing in front of you. Today, that’s marigolds. Loud, cheerful, gloriously orange little things, getting on with lighting up the day. 🧡🌼 #Orangeween #SelfCare
@melanielampro.bsky.socialMOST REVEALING contains sweet orange oil and actually fizzes and bubbles on your face. Frankly, if I was peeping into a cauldron, this is exactly the sort of thing I’d expect to find in it. 🧙♀️🍊 Definitely skincare potion territory.

@melanielampro.bsky.socialOctober is back, which means so are two of my favourite seasonal excuses for nonsense. 🐈️ Custard Cream, the most pumpkin-like kitten in the place, is here to help me launch #Spalloween and #Orangeween.
We have 31 days. This could get silly. 🎃
@melanielampro.bsky.social❤️🍃🍄🍂🧡
@melanielampro.bsky.social#BritishFoodFortnight sent me down a skincare rabbit hole.
I talk a lot about Mediterranean ingredients, but what about things closer to home that wander from plate to face? Oats, berries, herbs... 🌿

@melanielampro.bsky.socialThat little robin is full of character, Farah, especially those tiny feet! 🐦 Such a cheerful piece of jewellery for the season. #UKGiftHour
@melanielampro.bsky.socialOh, that deep red really brings the little birdie to life. 🐦🧵 #UKGiftHour
@melanielampro.bsky.socialAw! 🦔 Such a fun stocking filler, and a great way to bring a bit of woodland character to the fridge. #UKGiftHour #CWordSeptember

@melanielampro.bsky.socialJust like that, we’ve tipped into autumn. 🍂 Today is the #AutumnEquinox, that lovely balancing point between light and dark. I did a little mindful leaf collecting too. Turnip helped, obviously. Chief Leaf Balancer. 🐈⬛🍁 #CatsOfBluesky

@melanielampro.bsky.socialRose arrived feral, frightened and a very young mum. She slowly learned to trust and became the sweetest, shy little girl. One of her cute quirks is standing up on her back legs for a stroke.
Now she’s adopted and settling into her new home. 🖤 🐈⬛
