I'm glad the Liberty used a timeout properly late

its just weird how theyre never gaming out scenarios for curing cancer or anything like that, i couldve sworn they said that was one of their big goals

Thank you! I’ve only snapped a handful of Bay games/events with her since adopting the big fancy camera but she has a million-watt smile

This answer is about data centers. And he was *still* able to remind people that Mike Collins is an antisemite. Important to remember that neither Abdul El-Sayed nor Hasan Piker are antisemites or threats. It's Mike Collins, Elon Musk, the Pentagon press secretary and other antisemites in power.

Beyond this move being wild and a sign Chicago’s starting the rebuild right away, this is one of the best parts of releasing the occasional player picture to Wikimedia Commons for media/reference/etc. use: This is actually a photo I took and Jeff is using it exactly as intended!

Post-deadline announcements thus far: - Olivia Wingate to Gotham for a free transfer from North Carolina (i.e. nothing other than an open roster spot for NC) - Racheal Kundananji to Chicago for $700k in intra-league transfer funds heading back Bay’s way

Call out the slur and defend the people it targets. Don’t embrace it and pile on. This isn’t hard. Embarrassing. DINO behavior.

Happen, so deals may trickle out in the next few hours, day or two, etc.

Does this count regimes who are actively *trying* to be theocracies? Or religious ethnostates? Because that would be a lot of nuclear disarmament if the U.S., Israel and India gave up their nukes.

Hase was set to be a free agent after this season and signed a three-year deal. NC added they have also moved Ally Schlegel to the 45-day injured list in a corresponding move.

10 minutes from the NWSL's internal trade deadline and the trades so far today: - Gift Monday to Boston for $500k in transfer threshold funds for Spirit (also will pay 20% of next trade/transfer to Washington) - Ella Hase to North Carolina from Louisville for $35k in intra-league transfer funds

Inbox: The Washington Spirit have traded Gift Monday to Boston Legacy for $500,000 in transfer threshold funds, & retains a 20% sell-on clause should Boston transfer her elsewhere in the future.

I'll at least give a shout to what seems to be the SD perspective, which is that people like the nostalgia since those were the original uniforms, they're much less generic than the dark blue & white they had, and the brown matches actual Friar robes. But still... yuck! Wave do it way better.

I personally am one of the few who preferred their 90s blue & orange look, but the Miami Vice-looking jerseys they had a few years ago were the absolute best

And then for those who really know ball: Rex Pennebaker

Fernando Viña

Wait… WHAT?
