I would've stayed in that kind of job had it not been for graduating :,) the good things never seem to last

senior year of college I worked in my college's fashion department for ~2 months, wasn't a bad gig it was quiet and bullshit-free, spent most of my shifts putting up student project displays or sorting through donation clothes, also my fashion major coworkers were all very sweet

my brain's been feeling like a brittle structurally unsound slab of rock that's moments away from crumbling into a soft pile of pebbles

Um okay I hate to do this but ever since I had to pay for a bunch of school and visa stuff all at once I've been struggling to cover costs and have been without my prescriptions, including my ADHD meds and HRT for months now. If anyone can help so I can get back on track, I'd appreciate it.

but that doesn't mean I let it drive me to be distrusting of people, instead approaching others with understanding; mental illness makes you think/feel things irrationally. I don't really have anything deeper or more meaningful to say so I'll just leave it at 'be open minded and exercise compassion'
