Wow, I wrote this one a long, long time ago – it's a rant about people going to see old movies so that they can watch them "ironically" and laugh
i would like to support local businesses but they make it very hard by putting big pieces of paper in their windows that indicate how little they give a shit
I can’t believe I’ve never seen this. That’s what I get for being a Nene man
The best.
History of Sakura Wars Famitsu covers. I love the Gemini and Ratchet so much. They’re just walking the pin-up girl line in a way you don’t usually get from SW promotional art.
She’s heeeeeeere!!!
And our Oct-Nov gameclub game is... THE LAST STORY! Join the patreon at $1-or-more to join our discord's community playthrough of this Sakaguchi-helmed experiment in control, mechanics, and how many shades of beige the Wii can render!

For our $10-and-up patrons; Nadia and Victor are joined by special guests Patrick Kulikowski and David Oxford, to discuss Illusion of Gaia! Is IoG and epic tale that takes bold strokes? Or is it blind nostalgia? Find out as we trek towards Babel's spire
The Steam page for Fairytale's classic ADV "Dead of the Brain" is up. This upcoming re-release will feature the game's first official English translation & uses the previously released fan translation for its base: store.steampowered.com/app/5056390/...
Grappling with this in a very real way lately. I love these games but I’ve always at least gotten away with picking up a used copy.
