It was quite literally illegal on multiple fronts. We must not allow any execution to happen without witness. And Death Penalty Action was there to do just that.

Just yesterday, he finally made it home. Justin was wrongfully convicted in a murder-for-hire plot in Virginia in 2001 and was sent to death row.
