Great reception in Camden. Vote for Sagal!
Brexit hasn't worked.
Great to be out in Shepshed canvassing for the excellent Jane Lennie, ahead of the by-election on 15th October. Sheโll get stuff done for Shepshed.
Conference day three - my final day ๐ Discussing everything from growth in cities to how we bring our country together.
Conference day two - economics, economics, economics ๐
Hope again. My reaction to Andy's conference speech ๐
After a decade of the triple lock being in place, pensioner income has caught up with that of non-pensioners. I completely support changing the triple lock so it doesn't keep ratcheting ever higher and higher and higher and higher and ....
We will meet this moment like we have before. Together. Me at the @NEF last night.
๐งต We were pleased to be joined by Alan Milburn, Minister for Employment Andrew Western and @jeevunsandher.bsky.socialโ at our #LabourPartyConference event with the @resolutionfoundation.org discussing the NEETS crisis โฌ๏ธ
You were right. We are resetting our approach. We are calling our settler violence in the West Bank. We are calling out ethnic cleansing in Gaza. And we are matching words with actions. Great to hear Ed at conference.
Listening to Miatta's speech this afternoon. I'm proud to be working with the Secretary of State to tackle climate change and secure our energy for the future. We've made incredible progress on clean energy, but we need to go further.
Conference day one - great to be here ๐ Busy first day discussing tax, NEETs and climate.
We are the party of good work. Me on GB News on day two of Labour Party Conference.
We bring our nation together when we make life affordable. Me on Day 1 of Party Conference.
Feeling happy and hopeful on the way to Labour Party Conference after two big announcements today. We're sorting out social care and helping young people onto the property ladder.
I don't believe it's our very richest who are the only ones creating wealth. Everyone contributes - our teachers, our nurses, our small business owners like my parents. Me on BBC 5 Live.
I donโt wake up thinking about how to cut taxes for billionaires. I wake up thinking about how to make life affordable for working people.
What this article fails to mention is that 40% of Universal Credit recipients *are working*. Deindustrialisation means there are lots of low-paid jobs that donโt pay enough to live on. We top up those wages so people can afford a decent life.
This is a really powerful piece by Rishi and one I agree with.
Being British is about our intertwined culture, communities that come together, and the values forged in the Second World War that we now hold in common.

About to go on BBC 5 live to chat about the economy.
